Phase I of new roadway, included clearing, grading, stream restoration, storm sewer system installation, storm water pond outlet control structure modifications and erosion control; installation of double 9’X9′ box culvert and associated storm water piping and appurtenances; mass excavation, including rock blasting and excavation for development of 9 +/- acre new roadway.
